Your Right to Withdraw (14 Days)

Under UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have 14 calendar days from delivery to return unopened bottles of Vitalana Boost for a full refund, no questions asked. This right applies to all purchases, regardless of reason.

Conditions for Return

  • Unopened: Bottle must be sealed and unopened. Opened supplements cannot be returned for safety/hygiene reasons (standard for food products).
  • Unused: Product must not have been used or consumed.
  • Condition: Original packaging and label must be intact and legible.
  • Timeframe: Return request must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. Return shipment must arrive within 30 days.

How to Return

  1. Email Us: Contact info@siftingeibackai.world with your order number and reason within 14 days of delivery.
  2. Receive Instructions: We'll provide return shipping address and instructions.
  3. Send Back: Ship the unopened bottle via standard post (Royal Mail) or courier of your choice. Costs are your responsibility.
  4. Inspection: Upon receipt, we'll inspect the product.
  5. Refund: If approved, we'll process a full refund within 14 working days of receiving the return.

Refund Method

Refunds are credited to the payment method used (courier cash/card received). This may take 5-10 business days depending on your bank/payment provider.

Cancellation Before Delivery

You may cancel your order FREE OF CHARGE anytime before it ships. Contact us immediately at info@siftingeibackai.world with your order number. Once dispatched, you must wait to receive the parcel and then return it (see above).

If You Don't Accept Delivery

If you refuse to pay the courier, the parcel is returned to us. No refund is issued for refused/uncollected orders. You would need to place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Product

If your product arrives damaged, open the package in front of the courier (if possible) and document the damage (photos). Contact us immediately with photos and your order number. We'll replace the product or issue a full refund.

Customer Satisfaction

Your satisfaction matters. Even if 14 days have passed, if you have concerns, please contact us. We're happy to discuss options case-by-case.
